Shellshock Wins at Australian Festival

Shellshock has won the Tadgell's Bluebell Honour Award at the Auburn International Film Festival for Children & Young Adults. The award recognises the best short film made by adults for or concerning youth. The festival ran from September 17th to 21st in Sydney, Australia, and featured films from over two dozen countries worldwide.
Shellshock will next feature at the Underground Cinema Awards in Dun Laoghaire on September 29th, where it has been nominated in four categories.

2012 Underground Cinema Film Festival Program

The full program for the 2012 Underground Cinema Film Festival is now available online:

The program lists John Corcoran as director & producer of Shellshock, however this is a misprint: the film was produced by Jean Igoe, executive-produced by Gerry Johnston and written & directed by John Corcoran.

The festival takes place at various locations in Dun Laoghaire from September 13th-16th, with advertising and promotions featuring in the Dublin Gazette, Yelp and Radio Nova in the lead-up. Tickets for all the events and screenings are available below:
